Find our email in your inbox, spam or promotions tab then either: 

Drag it to your "Primary" tab and Click "Yes" when asked if you want future messages in Primary

or

Outlook users:

Find our email, then navigate to the three dots located at the top right side of the email preview pane.

Select "Junk" → "Never Block Sender's Domain"

Apple Mail users:

Click on our name at the top of the email

Select "Add to Contacts"
